The Women’s Museum, the first of its kind in Morocco and in North Africa, it is a permanent centre for the arts.
On an exhibition surface of 220 m², the space will be entirely dedicated to the history and culture of the Moroccan woman, her daily life, and her creativity.
The setting, through images, objects, contemporary art, and collections, gives the visitor the opportunity to see how the Moroccan woman has had a leading role in the history of the country, whether it be in the arts, culture, sciences, economic, political or social life of Morocco.
Artistic creativity is the reflection of a society, and the performers are those who contribute to its cohesiveness and modernity. The Women’s Museum hopes to be able to demonstrate this diversity.
