From June 12 to 14, 2026, Marrakech will host a new edition of Creative Destinationat the Rotisserie de la Paix. This event aims to accelerate the internationalization of Moroccan brands by relying on several major French players in fashion and creation, including ANDAM, Tranoï, By Serge.H, Le Bon Marché, Maison Mode Méditerranée or the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (MAD) in Paris.
An initiative led by Youness Bouchida
The event is spearheaded by Youness Bouchida, founder of Initiative Audace, Morocco's first accelerator dedicated to fashion, design, and creative professions, and president of the Fashion and Design Commission of the Federation of Cultural and Creative Industries (FICC). Destination Créative supports Moroccan designers and brands through presentations to key players in the fashion ecosystem and programs that facilitate access to international markets.
The initiative also benefits from the support of its patron, Nathalie Dufour, Director General of ANDAM.
A French network mobilized around Moroccan creativity
Thanks to this program, several Moroccan brands have already joined the Tryano department store in Abu Dhabi and developed commercial partnerships with the Chalhoub Group. The partnership with the Parisian trade show Tranoï has opened up strategic markets in Japan, Europe, and North America for several Moroccan designers.
Beyond fashion, this Franco-Moroccan cooperation also touches on distribution, heritage, culture, crafts and high technology, with the participation of Le Bon Marché, MAD Paris and Maison Mode Méditerranée.
One objective: to make Marrakech a regional creative hub
Destination Créative Marrakech aims to position the city as a regional hub for creative industries and a leading platform for showcasing Moroccan talent internationally. The initiative is supported by the Moroccan Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication.
