Straddling tradition and adrenaline – Fantasia & discovery in Zaouiat Khennoufa

Led by members of the local community (the zawiya and the Enasiria Association), this outing gives you access to an ancestral equestrian world, between passion for horses and tribal traditions.

The program includes: a Fantasia demonstration (synchronized charges + musket firing, in keeping with tradition), a discovery of Arab-Barb horses, and an introduction to riding for the most curious.
To extend the experience and discover the local area, you can also visit the neighbouring village of Douar El Heddada, renowned for its crafts, particularly ironwork, through the MAHDAWA Cooperative.

The experience can last between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on the program chosen.

The program includes: a tbourida demonstration, a gentle introduction to riding for the curious, a presentation of the ritual and the Arab-Barb horses, and rich exchanges with local riders.
In addition, you have the opportunity to visit the neighbouring village of Douar El Heddada, known as the village of blacksmiths, where the MAHDAWA Cooperative operates, specializing in artisanal ironwork and blacksmithing.
