Moustakbal Hlilifa Cooperative
The “Moustakbal Hlilifa” cooperative operates in the Tiamim region of Youssoufia. Its main area of activity is focused on the production of couscous and other local products, notably quinoa. Under the leadership of the president, Mennana Abdi, and her colleagues, the cooperative manages the entire process, from planting to preparation, washing and sieving of the quinoa.
