Every evening, Le Douar restaurant on M Avenue offers a generous and refined Iftar, where traditional delicacies mingle with classic regional dishes and signature desserts.
At the table, you'll find sellou, chebakia, dates, honey, and briouates to start, followed by a lively buffet of msemen, meloui, beghrir, and other homemade breads. Soups—harira, bissara, and fish soup—then give way to signature dishes: Essouiri chicken tagine, kefta mkila, Tetouan-style sardine tagra, or Aghmati tagine with seasonal vegetables. Desserts include orange blossom chekhchoukha, saffron-infused orange chlada, and almond-coated date pearls.
