Known for Ghabat Echabab ( "Youth forest"), located between the ramparts along the Mamounia Garden and Menara, this space where planted some 700,000 trees spread over 130 hectares. This garden takes its name from the days when King Hassan II, then Crown Prince, had initiated a reforestation program nationally. It covered the period on an area of 200 hectares.
In 2004 emerged the idea of making a landscaped park, the first of its kind.
Besides the plantations, this area consists of many courses that host public gatherings, sporting events, etc.
