The Four Seasons Resort Marrakech is enriching its culinary offering with the opening of Inara Restaurant & Lounge, a new address that draws inspiration from Moroccan heritage through cuisine, culture and the art of hospitality.
A restaurant with a riad-like feel, in the heart of the resort.

Located in the heart of the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech, Inara draws inspiration from the spirit of Moroccan riads. Around the central fountain or on a terrace overlooking the gardens and palm trees, the restaurant invites guests to discover cuisine rooted in Moroccan traditions and open to the modern era.
Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland's cuisine

The menu is signed by Executive Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France). It draws on the recipes, products and know-how that shape Moroccan cuisine, and creates a dialogue between culinary heritage and contemporary inspirations, from dishes to share to great regional classics.
“With Inara, we wanted to create a place where cuisine tells the story of Morocco in all its diversity. The recipes, the music, the hospitality, and the conversations around the table all contribute to a single experience, deeply rooted in the culture of the Kingdom.”
— Jean-Denis Rieubland, Executive Chef of the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

Beyond the food, Inara regularly hosts cultural events that highlight Moroccan arts: musical traditions, poetic expressions, and crafts. The live music evenings showcase the Melhoun of Marrakech, the sounds of Chgouri and the music Al-Ala, heir to the Arab-Andalusian tradition and associated with the intellectual and musical heritage ofIbn Bâjja (Avempace).
A program in rhythm with the seasons
The menu follows the seasons and highlights of the Moroccan calendar. For autumn, the restaurant opens with a menu inspired by the olive and date harvests, as well as the grape harvest—products intimately linked to Morocco's agricultural and cultural history. This approach will evolve throughout the year to showcase the landscapes, traditions, and terroirs of the Kingdom.
