"Spirit of the desert" constitutes the natural continuation of their previous exhibition "Spirit of the Wall"marking a profound evolution in the duo's creative approach. This time, KRM abandons urban surfaces to explore the immensity and spirituality of the Saharatransforming their artistic language with a new intensity.
A work woven from memory and poetry
From the nomadic tents, worn textiles and materials collected In the desert, Chérif and Reza create works of rare evocative power. Their creations – relief paintings and mysterious Desert Djinns – merge collective memory, Saharan spirituality and the poetry of infinite spaces.
The wall becomes fabric, the trace becomes a relic. Each piece tells a story, that of nomads, of passing time, and of the ephemeral beauty of abandoned materials that artists sublimate.
